Insurance Requirements

What You Need to Qualify

Effective August 3, 2026. All drivers must meet these requirements before pickup.

Personal Auto Insurance — We Can Help You must carry an active personal auto policy with rideshare endorsement. Don't have one yet? We partner with carriers who specialize in rideshare drivers and can help you get covered fast.
Name Vyve LLC as Additional Insured Your policy must list Vyve LLC (DBA Vyve Car) as an Additional Insured or Additional Interest. We verify this before releasing any vehicle.
Valid Florida Driver's License Must be 21 or older. Clean driving record required — no DUI, reckless driving, or major violations in the past 3 years.
Active Uber or Lyft Account An approved, active driver account with at least one rideshare platform. Account must stay in good standing for the full term.

From application to your first ride — here's exactly what to expect.

Submit Your Application

Fill out the driver application. Tell us about your license, rideshare account, and insurance. Takes less than 5 minutes. We review every submission within 24 hours.

Get Approved

We verify your MVR, rideshare account status, and confirm insurance documentation naming Vyve LLC. If you need help getting insured, we'll connect you with a partner carrier.

Pick Up Your Vehicle

Sign the rental agreement, confirm your insurance docs, and get your keys. You start on a 4-week trial at $399/week — converts to an 8-week standard term at $299/week if all goes well.

Drive & Earn

Use the vehicle exclusively on Uber, Lyft, Uber Eats, or DoorDash. Pay weekly. Terms auto-renew every 8 weeks — give 7 days notice before your term ends to exit the program.
